need to schedule a visit for today. Can you help me? If you are already an active client with WiKi Walks and your keys and profile are on file, we will make every effort to honor a same-day care request. |

Why
do you need two sets of keys? WiKi Walks keeps two sets of keys on file in case there is ever a problem. Occasionally the unplanned happens in life, and having an extra set of keys allows us to make sure your pet(s) can still be visited. One set of keys is assigned to your caregiver, and the other is safely stored "just in case." We believe in Better Safe than Sorry! |

Are
you insured? For the protection of all, WiKi Walks is covered by bonding and insurance policies. |

Can I give my caregiver
gratuity? You are welcome to give your caregiver a gratuity if you wish. You may either give it directly to your caregiver or, if you prefer, you may pay it to the company. No matter whom you pay it to, 100% of the gratuity will go directly to your designated caregiver. |

Is WiKi Walks available on holidays? Wiki Walks is available for all holidays, however we will apply a $20 holiday fee per day for all walks on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. |
